Located on the 15th floor of the hotel is our luxurious Towers Level Floor. The Towers Level features 80 recently refurbished guestrooms that can only be accessed by Towers' guests with their guestroom keycard via the Towers Level Express Elevator. Towers Level guests are greeted by their own personal Towers Level Concierge that is on-site seven days a week to offer elite service.

As a reminder of the hotel's rich history, Towers Level guestrooms are equipped with useable "Servidors," secure compartments built into each guestroom door which allows our staff to deliver laundry without disturbing the guest. Guests can place items of clothing that need to be laundered or pressed into the Servidor, the Servidor will then signal for our staff to collect the items, service them and have them returned promptly without inconveniencing the guest. 

Towers Level Lounge

Guests of the Towers Level are also granted exclusive access to the Towers Level Lounge. The Towers Lounge creates a destination within the hotel for guests who appreciate upscale service and amenities in a setting that extends beyond the guestroom. The Towers Lounge is open daily from 5:00am - 11:00pm and offers complimentary Deluxe Continental Breakfast Monday thru Friday, 6:30am - 9:30am and Saturday thru Sunday 7:00am - 10:00am.

Complimentary afternoon hors d'oeuvres with a fully stocked cash bar are also available seven days a week from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. While in the lounge, guests can conduct business using complimentary wireless Internet access, or they can "set-up-shop" in one of several private work stations. Towers Level Guests also have access to the Executive Boardroom, ideal for private meetings. The Towers Lounge includes wide-screen plasma televisions and a complimentary fax machine.
