I wanted to let you know that we concluded a very successful Sales Meeting at your property last week. From our opening cocktail reception on Monday evening through our closing session on Thursday afternoon, your staff did a very nice job seeing to our needs. In addition, though I was in a fairly standard room Sunday through Wednesday, when I finally took the time to inquire into something larger for my last night on Thursday, one of your front desk staff (unfortunately I do not recall her name) was very gracious and with help I'm sure from the front desk manager, moved me to the Presidential Suite for my last evening in Boston. Even as a person who has been travelling almost weekly for 20 years, that was first for me and is very much appreciated. I only wish I had asked earlier in the week! So thanks again for providing the well run property and service environment which allowed us to carry out a very successful meeting. At some point when we hold our meeting again in Boston, we know who to call.

From the front desk to banquet set-ups, The Boston Park Plaza Hotel showed us that they really know how to put on a conference. I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it is to work with a hotel that is always willing to "go the extra mile" to make each event a success. I heard nothing but positive comments on the hotel staff and how "friendly and professional" they all were. The downtown location of the hotel was wonderful for our group's evening activities. Please extend my thanks to your Meeting Concierge staff as well. They were wonderful to work with and I sincerely appreciated their support throughout the week to make everything run so smoothly. The Boston Park Plaza is a beautiful property with excellent food and superior service. I hope we have the opportunity to return to Boston and the Boston Park Plaza in the future.

I want to thank you and your fine staff for all of you efforts on our behalf during out recent Annual Convention, Trade Show and Awards Banquet at The Boston Park plaza Hotel. The events-seminars, receptions, meeting-went off without a hitch and the feedback we are getting from a variety of sources reinforces that. During our February 5, 6 and 7 activities we had approximately 400 attending the various workshops, trade show and functions and the Saturday evening banquet saw more than 425 attendees. By all accounts, they enjoyed themselves very much. The tremendous effort put forth by The Boston Park Plaza Hotel staff was evident in every aspect of our production. I could not have asked for a better or a more professional team during this very high profile time in our business year. They were spectacular! While I am very glad the effort is behind us, I am nevertheless looking forward to the prospect of returning to The Boston Park Plaza Hotel in the future. Not having to worry if something will be done makes running the conference less stressful for me. Invariably the hotel had everything covered and responded immediately to all requests. Advance planning with the hotel was easy. Everything ran more smoothly than usual this year, and the staff did a fabulous job turning over the Imperial Ballroom. Kudos to all.
