Does your Boston Hotel have a Club Lounge?
The Club Lounge is located on the Towers Level Concierge Floor of the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. Guests staying in the Towers Level Concierge Floor are granted exclusive access to the Towers Level Lounge.
What is the Level Concierge Floor?
The Towers Level Concierge Floor is located on the 15th floor of The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers and is accessible exclusively to our Executive Guests. The Towers Level Concierge Floor features 78 recently renovated Guest Rooms that can only be accessed by Towers Guests with their Guest Room keycard via the Towers Level Express Elevator. Towers Level Guests are greeted by their own personal Towers Level Concierge who is on-site 7 days a week to offer elite service. Towers Level Guest Rooms feature state-of-the-art individual climate control systems, data ports with complimentary high speed Internet access, voicemail, interactive video-on-demand, windows that open, marble Bathrooms with dual “power head showers,” bath amenities and custom Boston Park Plaza bathrobes and slippers.
Do your Guest Rooms allow rollaway's or cribs and if so, is there a charge for this?
Many of our Guest Rooms and Guest Suites do accommodate a Rollaway or Crib. Please let us know before you arrive of your request and we will ensure your Guest Room is set-up. There is no charge for a Crib and Rollaway's are $25.00 per stay.
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Our Boston Hotel offers onsite Valet Parking for an overnight fee of $46.00 USD. Parking is not included in the Hotel Room Rate. Self Parking at the Motor Mart Garage is also available across the street from the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.

Located on the exclusive Towers Level Concierge Floor of The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers, the Presidential Suite is a luxurious 3 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom Suite widely considered to be the most elegant and lavish Hotel Suite in the entire Northeast. The 1,568.3 Square-Feet. Presidential Suite is ideal for entertaining small Groups for an impressive and memorable gathering. The Presidential Suite includes a Living Room, Private Office and Kitchen. The Presidential Suite features a 60-inch Flat Screen Television in the Living Room and a 42-inch Flat Screen Television in each of the 3 Bedrooms. The Kitchen is stocked with bottled water, assorted Juices, Sodas and Beer. The Presidential Suite also contains marble Bathrooms, Leather Furniture, a Grand Piano and a Surround Sound Stereo System.
