What is a “Servidor”?
An original feature of the Hotel, the "Servidor" is a panel in each Guest Room door which allowed the Valet to deliver laundry without disturbing the Guest.
Do your Guest Rooms allow roll-a-ways or cribs and if so, is there a charge for this?
Many of our Guest Rooms and Guest Suites do accommodate a Rollaway or Crib. Please let us know before you arrive of your request, and we will ensure your Guest Room is set-up. There is no charge for a Crib or Rollaway.
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Our Boston Hotel offers onsite Valet Parking for an overnight fee of $48.00 USD. Parking is not included in the Hotel Room Rate. Self Parking at the Motor Mart Garage is also available across the street from The Boston Park Plaza Hotel.

Located on the exclusive Towers Level Concierge Floor of The Boston Park Plaza Hotel, the Presidential Suite is a luxurious 3 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom Suite widely considered to be the most elegant and lavish Hotel Suite in the entire Northeast. The 1,568.3 Square-feet Presidential Suite is ideal for entertaining small Groups for an impressive and memorable gathering. The Presidential Suite includes a Living Room, Private Office and Kitchen. The Presidential Suite features a 60-inch Flat Screen Television in the Living Room and a 42-inch Flat Screen Television in each of the 3 Bedrooms. The Kitchen is stocked with bottled water, assorted Juices, Sodas and Beer. The Presidential Suite also contains marble Bathrooms, Leather Furniture, a Grand Piano and a Surround Sound Stereo System.
