Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Our Boston Hotel offers onsite Valet Parking for an overnight fee of $46.00 USD. Parking is not included in the Hotel Room Rate. Self Parking at the Motor Mart Garage is also available across the street from the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.

Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?
Yes, Ultimate Shuttle is available for an additional fee. Fare-based town car transportation can be arranged through our Concierge by calling 617.654.1912. Alternate subway and taxi options are also available from the airport to downtown Boston.

How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
There are plenty of walking options for your pet just outside the Hotel entry there are a host of options available within 2 - 5 blocks of the Hotel. Please ask our Guest Services Associates for specific instructions.
Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?

Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
Our Boston Hotel does not have allergen-free rooms.
Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Yes, pets are accepted. There are no weight, height or type restrictions. There is an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per stay as well as a pet policy. You may inquire with our Concierge about dog sitting services that may be available to you by calling: 617.654.1912.
Accounting
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
We require a credit card for guarantee of a reservation, however payment by travelers check, credit/debit card, or cash upon departure is allowed. Please note that our Boston Hotel does not accept check payment at this time.

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
Statler Lounge: Coffee To Go: Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. - 9:30a.m. Saturday - Sunday from 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Beverage Service: Monday - Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, last call at 11:30 p.m.
Food Service: Daily from 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Pairings Restaurant: Breakfast served daily from 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Lunch served daily from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Dinner served Monday - Saturday 5:00 p.m. - Close.
Reservations
Do you have an early departure fee?
There is an early departure fee. If you reserved a refundable rate simply inform us at check-in or before, we can adjust your departure date with a fee. If you pre-paid your room through another company, booked a non-refundable rate or do not change your reservation by arrival time, there will be a fee for departing early.
Do you have ADA Guest Rooms?
Yes, there are 46 total ADA Guest Rooms. Please note request on your reservation.
Is my Identification or Passport required at check in?
We do require Photo ID at time of check in for all reservations.
What is your Cancellation & Deposit Policy?
The Hotel's standard Cancellation Policy is 24 hours (*please note some reservation bookings may have different cancellation penalties - review your confirmation or itinerary for more details). Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. local Boston time.
What is the minimum age requirement to check into a Guest Room at your Boston Hotel?
Guests must be at least age 21 to register at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.
Do your Guest Rooms allow rollaway's or cribs and if so, is there a charge for this?
Many of our Guest Rooms and Guest Suites do accommodate a Rollaway or Crib. Please let us know before you arrive of your request and we will ensure your Guest Room is set-up. There is no charge for a Crib and Rollaway's are $25.00 per stay.

Does your Boston Hotel have a Spa? What are the hours?
The Boston Park Plaza Hotel does not have an on site spa, however Exhale Spa is located across the street from the main entrance. The hotel also offers a variety of In-Room Spa Services for our Guests to enjoy. Be sure to ask our Concierge or other Guest Services Representatives for assistance with spa options & appointments.
Does your Boston Hotel have a Swimming Pool?
The Boston Park Plaza Hotel does not have an on-site Swimming Pool. Ask our Concierge or other Guest Services Representative for assistance with local Swimming Pool options.

Our Boston Hotel has an On-Site Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is complimentary for guest use, available 24 hours per day. The Fitness Center offers Stair Climbers, Stationary Bikes, Treadmills, and Free Weights. Workout towels and water are also available, complimentary.
Do you have High-Speed and/or Wireless Internet access available? How much do you charge?
There is a $10.45 High-Speed Internet Access charge for 24-hours.
Do you allow smoking on property or in your Guest Rooms?
The Boston Park Plaza Hotel is a 100% non-smoking Boston Hotel. Smoking is permitted in the small park located across the street from the Valet Entrance of the Hotel.
