Yes, pets are accepted. There are no weight, height or type restrictions. There is an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per stay as well as a pet policy. You may inquire with our Concierge about dog sitting services that may be available to you by calling: 617.654.1912.
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
We require a credit card for guarantee of a reservation, however payment by travelers check, credit/debit card, or cash upon departure is allowed. Please note that our Boston Hotel does not accept check payment at this time.

Do you have an early departure fee?
There is an early departure fee. If you reserved a refundable rate simply inform us at check-in or before, we can adjust your departure date with a fee. If you pre-paid your room through another company, booked a non-refundable rate or do not change your reservation by arrival time, there will be a fee for departing early.

The Hotel's standard Cancellation Policy is 24 hours (*please note some reservation bookings may have different cancellation penalties - review your confirmation or itinerary for more details). Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. local Boston time.
What is the minimum age requirement to check into a Guest Room at your Boston Hotel?
Guests must be at least age 21 to register at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.
Do your Guest Rooms allow rollaway's or cribs and if so, is there a charge for this?
Many of our Guest Rooms and Guest Suites do accommodate a Rollaway or Crib. Please let us know before you arrive of your request and we will ensure your Guest Room is set-up. There is no charge for a Crib or Rollaway.

The Boston Park Plaza Hotel does not have an on site spa, however Exhale Spa is located across the street from the main entrance.
